Cars

Stuff I recommend to consider while getting a car

Look more into what's it like to drive, It's connect to the tarmac the, feel of being in control.

Tech Stuff (Disclaimer : Might encounter Jargons )

How the suspension is tuned ( Hard/Agile to  Soft/Ride Quality)
The Feel and Feed back offered by steering (Trust me it's addictive )
The isolation of yourself from Outside world - You Need it , trust me here aka Sound dampening (Insulation )
Something that just not feel like TIN CAN You just trust your life w that (Doesn't matter In my current state ) aka the Tensile strength of Metal / The Rigidity of chassis

Power-Terrain

Turbo-Petrol are the thing. I  still have a stint of doubt when I hear " No Replacement for Displacement"
Fords Eco-Boost was a game changer - Powering Range of cars in Europe / Americas

Abarth - Ever heard of that ? ( Dope Shit Alert)

Karl Abarth - One of very few people who saw potential for Fast Cars, Motorsports

You See a Scorpion  You know you're up for real deal

The best part is they don't make cars as such. Karl came up with the idea to Use Power Terrain for FIAT Cars ... Then we are here - Abarth 595, Punto, Spider

A short insight into my experience with Abarth Punto launched in India

They could have done away with Indianized styling and gone in for Brazil Punto Evo Looks
Grateful atleast they got rid of Blingy "Chrome"

I don't understand what have they been smoking to throw in total crap of gearbox into a Performance oriented Hatch
Coming to the best part ( Ignore my rants above)

It's powered by T-Jet Tuned by Abarth 1.4 liters of turbocharged goodness Putting out 145 Horses
0-100 dash in 8.8 Sec - Dream about it VW
Insane Suspension Tune - You know you're in control of her and Icing on the cake They had carried forward the iconic "Hydraulic Assisted Steering" From existing Punto
The 16 inch Wheels with average 195mm width (215 I'd pick )
Ability to accelerate at low speeds from higher gear  Not a great practice IMO
Ability to corner w confidence - I crave that

My Two Cents

I don't see a foreseeable future for GAS vehicles . Electric all the way. It may be the norm in future.. for sure.
